Oct. 4 -- If you are interested in making some cookies for thank-you gifts for washington county business please take them oct. 4 to the ext. office by 5:30
Oct. 7-13 -- National 4-H Week
Oct. 7 -- 4-H Fun Run Race will begin at 4 p.m. Registration starts at 3 p.m. and there will be a flash dash at 4 p.m. for clover kids
November 1 -- 4-H enrollment is due
November 3-- 4-H Awards Night

July 1, 2012-- FAIR DEADLINE WHICH INCLUDES; BLUE LIVESTOCK CARDS, FEES, PET PROJECT RECORDS, BUCKET BOTTLE CALF BOOKS, COMMUNICATIONS ENTRIES, PRIDE OF IOWA ENTRIES, STATE FAIR LIVESTOCK ENTRIES.

July 14, 2012--Judging Day- ALL NONLIVESTOCK PROJECTS

March 10, 2012--Rabbit Workshop starting at 8:00 and going until Noon. -Extension Office

March 11, 2012-- Dodgeball toruney at Washington High School starting at 1:00.  We have two teams signed up.

March 14, 2012-- FSQA meeting 5:30 is when you can test and 6:30 is when the class starts.  If you are unsure if you have to attend please call Extension Office 653-4811.  All new members planning on showing livestock at fair must attend.

March 20, 2012-- State Fair Swine "Intent to Participate due online"

March 21, 2012--"Know your Swine" Session **for Single Source Commerical Class and any begining swine Project area member. Starting at 6:30-7:30. -Extension Office

April 12, 2012-- FSQA at Extension Office.
